“Open Andijan”: Uzbekistan’s Andijan region’s first investment international forum
Delegations from more than 20 countries, including from India, are expected to particpate.
On October 19-20, 2019, the Andijan region of Uzbekistan will host the First International Investment Forum “Open Andijan”.
Delegations from more than 20 countries, including India, heads of diplomatic missions in Uzbekistan, representatives of international financial institutions, local and foreign media are expected to attend the Forum.
The Forum is expected to include bilateral meetings between the Governor of Andijan region Shukhrat Abdurakhmanov with the Chief Minister of Gujarat Vijay Rupani. A branch of India’s Sharda University will be opened in Andijan.
Participants of the event will visit the automobile factory GM Uzbekistan, as well as other enterprises and companies operating in the territory of Andijan region.
The Forum participants will also become acquainted with the tourism potential of Khanabad city in Andijan region.
